“There are way too many choices for vitamins on the market and I believe not all of them are actually good for you. I’m so glad I found a multivitamin that is high quality and actually helps my body! From the research I’ve done on supplements and specific vitamins I know not all kinds of, for example, folate, are equal. There are specific kinds of folate and iodine that help your body and this has it! Yay! I do not feel nauseous after taking these pills. “I have been taking this vitamin for four weeks now. I definitely can tell it has helped with my energy and it has helped with balancing out my memory too. I wasn’t sure it was going to work at first but definitely worth trying I will be purchasing again for sure. Good quality, easy on the stomach.
“Great quality, gentle on the stomach and capsules can even be opened and poured on food or on smoothies. I thought it would be a pain to remember to take twice daily with food to get the daily intake, but I actually haven’t missed a dose! Not an overly scientific method to determine quality, but I love that my urine turns a rich yellow instead of the neon yellow that happens with some other prenatal vitamins. “Exclusive pumper with very, very limited milk production. Took a few days for any increase (took 3-4 pills a day); however, went from 12-14oz a day to over 18oz. Now taking only 2 pills a day to maintain this supply. Have been maintaining this for several weeks now, plan to take more pills again each day to try to get additional increase.“
